Learning Horizons
A quest to re-imagining how we learn, communicate, and collaborate in the remote and hybrid workplace.
How can we ignite creativity and performance in the digital workplace? What if we could design learning experiences that truly change behaviour and mindset?
Learning Horizon is a practical series for curious learning designers, facilitators L&D professionals and managers of remote and hybrid teams. It explores how to leverage the latest technologies and research to create transformative learning experiences that enhance engagement, collaboration, feedback, and measurable behaviour change—particularly in virtual and blended environments.
Through conversations with experts in all fields of management and learning, we will explore practical strategies and methods but also ed tech tools and how to leverage them to get better results whilst minimising the tech barriers to users.
It is a quest to shake the status quo and see how things can be done differently. Let’s explore together what is possible!
