Turning learning into impact

Community Collaboration: Continue learning through our dedicated online community. Participants co-create expertise, evaluate strategies, give and receive feedback, and build strong, lasting professional connections that support behaviour change.

Strategy Planner Completion: Throughout the programme, participants develop a personalised strategy planner: a practical tool to identify goals,  map actions, list stakeholders and champions , as well as behaviour-based strategies to support their leadership ambitions.

PHASE 5: COACHING FOR CHANGE

Final Project Presentation

  • Develop and present a practical team-focused initiative

This programme is open to women currently managing — or about to manage — remote or hybrid teams, working in English, anywhere in the world.  It’s designed for those facing real challenges and ready to take action to grow their leadership.

Meet the lead facilitator: Gaëlle Watson COLF Assoc EMCC

Gaëlle is passionate about creating growth opportunities for those who face barriers in the workplace — especially women stepping into leadership. She founded SyncSkills to help women transition into management roles with confidence and has designed programmes that spotlight the emotional intelligence needed to thrive in today’s digital-first environments. With a focus on designing impactful, collaborative learning spaces, Gaëlle creates virtual classroom experiences that promote active learning, reflection, and connection. She is a certified ILM Level 5 coach and continues to explore how emotions shape communication and performance in hybrid teams. A champion for innovation and inclusive learning, Gaëlle has chaired the Learning Technologies Conference since 2020 and has served as a judge for the CIPD Awards since 2022, advocating for programmes that genuinely empower people and drive results.
