Most of the learning specialists we speak to are concerned about how they can maximise engagement in the virtual classroom. They recognise learners get more easily distracted and end up multi-tasking during virtual training sessions, and they admit to struggling with the interactive tools available in the ever evolving virtual platforms. Moreover, they know disengaged learners equals limited impact – and this isn’t acceptable for clients.
